Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our structural steel and miscellaneous metal fabrication plant. This role involves managing day-to-day plant activities, ensuring high-quality production, maintaining safety standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all aspects of the fabrication process, including structural steel and miscellaneous metal products.
• Manage plant personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure production goals and deadlines are met while maintaining quality control.
• Oversee inventory management, materials procurement, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor plant performance and make improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plant management, specifically in structural steel or metal fabrication.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of fabrication techniques, machinery, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
